Yesterday, I crossed the finish line of the Dallas White Rock Half Marathon with a finishing time of 2 hours and 42 minutes .  Hmmm… last year, I finished the same race in 2 hours, 26 minutes.  Looks as though I’ve added  about 16 minutes to my finishing time in the last year! Ouch! If [...]
