Whew!  Finished week 7 with a 12 mile run today.  Not sure what happened but I was feeling out of energy during the run.  I had incorporated several walk breaks today but finished with an overall pace of 12:05 mm.  I have also figured out that on Saturday’s, nothing will get done after I run.  [...]

Our next fundraising events will be in April, 2011 in recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Our events will include  the Miles4Kids Bake Sale and Silent Auction and the Miles4Kids Fitness Challenge.   Last spring, both events raised a total of $3200 in donations to support our local child abuse prevention agency -Kansas Children’s Service [...]
