Ran 5 miles today at the track.  Watched a lot of people pass me…including my husband.  Tried to follow this gal who was fast but that lasted about 1 minute.

Thanks to subfreezing temps outside, I ran my 5 miles inside the YMCA (the Y) on their track today.  Nothing exciting – though I hope to better my pace soon.
